  Rude service from multiple sales staff (Ive been in twice in person, and have dealt with them over the phone a few times too), and observed some shady business practices. Ended up buying my watch direct from manufacturer boutique in another state because it is too much to deal with this kind of uppity attitude from just a dealer who forgot their place in the world. I recommend everybody to do the same. Avoid the middleman, this one in particular!

  Vivian Ma at the Cherry Creek 1916 boutique has the most outstanding customer service that I have ever experienced. We have interacted with her on several occasions and each time, she answers all of our questions and does not make us feel rushed at all. She has phenomenal knowledge of jewelry, watches, and the business as a whole. She is incredibly accommodating and works to make sure that her customers are happy and satisfied. I cannot recommend her enough!

  Ed in the service dept is INCREDIBLY rude and smug. No need to treat your customers like trash. Get a different job if you're so unhappy

  Bought a couple of watches here with a good experience. Walked in today to generally rude staff, walked out and ordered what I needed through a different dealer. Suggest you check out other options first if you’re able.

  I stopped by the 1916 Co. (formerly Hyde Park) with the intention of checking out a CPO piece after chatting with Layla Reslan (Manager of Rolex Originations). However, I made a quick stop at the Rolex Boutique, and was thrilled that I made this decision! I had such a great experience thanks to Hain! She greeted me right away, knew everything about the watches I asked about, and somehow managed to allocate one for me. She was patient, friendly, kept checking if I needed anything to drink, and made sure the fit was perfect by adjusting the links. I couldn’t have asked for a better client advisor, who was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! I’ll absolutely be returning to the 1916 Co. and look forward to working with Hain exclusively.
