  Ava was fantastic. She made the entire process of getting our Tudors smooth and stress-free. She listened carefully to exactly what we wanted, double-checked every detail, and delivered watches that turned out even better than we hoped. Highly recommend working with her!

  Jean was great to work with. We got into the store and she was very informative. When we decided to look around some more, she walked us down to their other store and made sure we were in good hands. Once we decided on the Panerai watch, Jean worked with us and made sure we walked out with what we wanted. We would highly recommend!

  Vivian Ma sets the standard for customer service at the 1916 company. I went in to buy a watch for my 30th birthday. Excellent experience start to finish, very easy to talk to and work with to find the perfect watch for me. She stayed in touch as the bank wire was being processed, and even threw in some goodies like a watch winder. 10/10 and will be going back the next time I’m looking to buy a watch or jewelry.

  I don’t think I’ve ever had such a poor jewelry experience. I went into the store to gather sizing information for a few Cartier pieces because they are the only dealer in Denver. The store was empty so I wasn’t interrupting anyone but it was clear the sales associate assumed I would not be a sale and could not have offered any less help. She gave the absolute bare minimum information to any question I had. It was like pulling teeth. I’ll happily take my business anywhere else.
