    I had such an incredible experience at YSL, and Jenny made it truly exceptional from beginning to end. She struck the perfect balance of professionalism, warmth, and genuine attentiveness, making us feel welcomed and cared for the entire time. Jenny has an amazing eye and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making the experience feel rushed or transactional. Her recommendations were thoughtful, her knowledge was impressive, and she created such a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere throughout our visit.

    Very beautiful store . Very friendly staff.I waked in looking for some light colored loafers and blue denim jeans . Even though they were not on display Jenny found what I wanted in my size . I bought both items and the jeans were hemmed and ready in 3 days. Great service.

    Back in December I called the store and ordered a belt that was available in the store. A week later I went to pick it up but the size was off so I picked a model that was cheaper. Brecken said to me that the refund (of the price difference) will be sent to me as a check and that they can’t refund to my credit card - because the belt was ordered to be shipped to the store, which wasn’t even the case but okay, fine. Took my info down and said my check will be sent within a week. Well this was more than a month ago and I’m in touch with the store members every week: someone named Franky reached out(which doesn’t get back to me anymore) and with Brecken. Apparently this needs to be approved by sales audit team and supervisors need to approve and etc. so much complexity for such a simple matter that I took a different belt and that they should just refund me the difference. Either they’re lingering the matter till I give up or they’re terribly miss managed. At this point my only choice is to dispute the charges and not keep begging to get my refund. This is so unacceptable from such a reputable boutique.
