  I absolutely cannot believe I came all the way to the only official Ray Ban store in Colorado to try The new Rayban Meta Display Smart glasses and I was told they do not sell these. They do sell the non display Meta. If I want to try them I have to go to best buy?? The staff is mystified as to why out of all the avaliable RayBan products their main new item is Not for sale at their store. I have heard that there needs to he trained staff on site to fit these glasses. So the people at best buy that sell refrigerators are more knowledgeable than the RayBan staff? I have a hearing problem and was looking forward to trying out captioning glasses. There are several other Smart glass captioning devices out there. I guess Rayban doesn't want my money that bad. Its like going to the apple store and not being able to buy a new I phone pro.

  Been there for 10 mins, no one even ask what we need. 3 guys hang around talking do nothing. Ray ban will lost customers with those guys. Good luck. 2:25pm Jun/27/26

  Was about to buy a pair but got pushed out of the way twice by sales people, really unprofessional. I’ll buy elsewhere.

  I bought a pair of glasses, but at no point did I receive any kind of assistance from the salesperson, he didn't even greet me when I walked in and he paid us no attention whatsoever until we were ready to pay. You may have a good product, but you really need to change your staff.
