  Great for second hand treasures! I like to shop for my gym clothes in here. My wife usually finds more than I do but this place is great if you want to save some money. You can sell clothes as well.

  TL;DR If you're not REALLY, ***REALLY*** in touch with the latest fashion trends, don't sell here. No off brand. Freshly cleaned. You will have to come back to pick up clothes on the same day, so don't deliver late at night. It's a gamble. Selection is OK though! Don't waste your time or their time. Plato's Closet requires clothes that are still in fashion. If you don't know current fashions, bring your clothing somewhere else. The clothes should be freshly laundered, and honestly? Less than 2.5 years old. Anything older than that and you'll have a better time at a thrift shop. Brands are also mighty important. Don't bring off brands. They won't accept it. Even so, they reject clothing for a variety of reasons (style, condition and more) so most of the time I'd advise you to not waste your time and drop off clothes in another place. Also; Plato's Closet needs processing time. Don't go in late. You need to pick up the clothing on the same day, or else it will get donated and you'll only get store credit if they take anything. The selection of clothes to buy, however, is pretty nice. Detracting two stars only because the selling clothes experience really isn't the best. That's all. Nonplussed, for good and bad. Three stars through and through.

  I was considering making the drive out to this store, but the comments alone prevented that, especially the comments replied by back by the business. That just confirms what people are saying on their experience. If a company cannot reply professionally on a review platform, they sure won't do it in person. I've never had good experiences with Plato's closet to begin with...but it's been several years and wanted to give them another chance, but I'll pass. Please learn to reply to consumers professionally, as you are suppose to act with better integrity. Thanks for saving me a long and useless trip!

  Great store! Super friendly staff and always a great selection. It’s easy to sell things and use the credit for new items.

  Great selection of clothes with reasonable prices. The store was clean, organized, and it was easy to find good deals. I’ll definitely be back!
