Everyone who works here seems completely miserable. The guy at the fitting room area scolded me for not putting the clothes I tried on back on hangers for him--I'm not gonna do your job for you, Champ. It's impossible for men to try on shoes because they're all zip tied together but the women's shoes aren't. Fitting room guy acted like that was a huge inconvenience too when I asked if I could try them without the zipties. The woman at checkout was so cold and rude and then left the anti theft device on the shoes I bought which I didn't discover until I got home. Just overall an unpleasant place to shop, won't be back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience honestly stood out for the wrong reasons. I came in to return a few items I had purchased, and my interaction with Olive was unexpectedly difficult. The conversation felt more argumentative and accusatory than helpful, which made a simple return take about 15 minutes.
The return was eventually processed, but then things got more frustrating— it showed as pending in my account and then completely disappeared, as if it had been canceled. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank, even though I had already returned the items and had a receipt to prove it.
I’m not one to complain often, but the combination of the in-store experience and the issue with the refund made this really disappointing. I hope this is something that can be improved for future customers.

Horrible return policy and inconsistent. If you receive a gift and it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, you can’t even exchange it without proof of purchase. The clothes were all brand new, unworn and with the tags on.
They extended the return policy timeframe around Christmas but did not honor it.
They can’t look any of the items up by scanning them and they have an incorrect email address and phone number for me and so they couldn’t find me in the system.
Between all of these things, I am out $2,000.00 with clothes and shoes that can’t or will not be worn. I feel completely ripped off and stolen from. I have spent a lot of money here over the years but never again. One more thing, you can’t even bundle your returns in one box to save on the return shipping costs that they charge you to fed ex items back to them. You have to send each item individually and they deduct $9.99 for each shipment. It’s stupid.
