  Today, I was shopping at Jo malone , and I had the pleasure of being helped by Martin. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. He went above and beyond to assist me and made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable.

  I’ve been repeatedly disrespected by employees (even though I’m a “tier’d” level shopper and a card holder for over 20 years) the most recent interaction that comes to mind is a sales lady at the jewelry counter spoke negatively about the Gucci gold earrings I was wearing and telling me the better jewelry is Bony. Today a sales associate on the second floor blatantly lied to me about the return policy and outright judging and questioning me. I went to a different counter downstairs and was helped exactly as Nordstrom used to do. No judgement; no questions. It was outrageous. So much so, I’m compelled to leave this review. The Lone Tree location is far superior, lower taxes, much larger selection, larger store and embodies the history and level of customer service Nordstrom SHOULD HAVE. The Cherry Creek location has just fallen so far with terrible customer service, paid parking and lying about long standing return policies. I am incredibly disappointed after multiple negative experiences here. Oh, and lest we forget about the smash and grab that my child and I were nearly run over at this very location. And a security guard or the man in pursuit was later STABBED in Cherry Creek North, across the street. I will 1000000% be hard pressed to shop here again.

  Just went to Nordstrom in the hopes of finding some Shapeware. I’m attending a wedding in a couple of weeks and want everything to fit and look perfect! Gloria in the undergarments section was beyond helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. She was attentive and keen on detail. Will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks, Gloria!

  Spencer in Women’s Shoes is absolutely lovely! I was picking out shoes left and right, and he was running around finding different sizes and colors for me. He was genuinely so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. I literally wanted to give him a hug when I left! 😂 Amazing customer service, and I will absolutely be back to request him. Ladies, I highly recommend seeing Spencer! 🤍
