  I bought a pair of jeans from here 6 months ago which have already gotten a hole adjacent to the zipper, in a location that should not be that stressed. I tried to return them to the store, and was told my only option was to pay $20 to have their tailor patch them. The store a manger said “well you have had them for 6 months”. Absurd to pay $150 for jeans that only last that long and proves that Madewell is just fast fashion pretending to be more high end- and they’re not even willing pretend that hard.

  Love Madewell style and quality, but the Cherry Creek workers are not friendly and act bothered to answer questions. I work in retail business and this is not good customer service.
