  I bought a pair of jeans from here 6 months ago which have already gotten a hole adjacent to the zipper, in a location that should not be that stressed. I tried to return them to the store, and was told my only option was to pay $20 to have their tailor patch them. The store a manger said “well you have had them for 6 months”. Absurd to pay $150 for jeans that only last that long and proves that Madewell is just fast fashion pretending to be more high end- and they’re not even willing pretend that hard.

  My jeans didn’t last more than 5 months before they ripped at the thigh and are completely worn through because i was i was not able to make it to the store before 6 months they wouldn’t do anything about it aside from offer $20 off another pair of i donated my ripped ones . Pretty frustrating to have that happen to jeans that cost $180 .

  Great clothes, come to this mall specifically for this madewell because the selection is good and service is great. The mall store has a lot more sales than online.
