- LFLindsay FrisoskaSep 5, 20265.0I went back in today to see if my last review was taken into account and if I would have a better experience. Today I felt way more comfortable and confident with all the females assisting me. Arianna was the attendant for the fitting room and she knew what I needed/wanted before I had to ask! As a woman it’s very uncomfortable to be followed around a store by a man. Arianna also helped my husband pick out some stuff for me and we really enjoyed having another females opinion for colors and fits. Stephanie checked us out at the counter and she was so friendly and helpful! I wish the store was set up a little better as far as having everything of the same line in the same place which is my only complaint today. My last time in I only spent maybe $150 as I was very uncomfortable with trying anything on with only the male attendant in the fitting room. Today we spent over $700 just due to the attentiveness and comfort we experienced. Having female workers who know the lines and fit for different body types including assisting in ideas for other items is what made the difference.

This location has gotten my attention, for many reasons: location, their employees, free hemming and just wanting to help the customers get what they want or need! My hope? That this pop-up store becomes a permanent fixture at The Northfield, Colorado location! Thank you!

- YGyasmin gramilloNov 25, 20241.0Unprofessional staff while I am on the plus size of their sizes there should be more empathy. I have a health condition where I can’t control my body type. As soon as I walked in the door the sales associate looked at me up and down and directed us to the “ clearance section”. If you’re not a size zero stay out.
