I came in because one of my Soft Jersey short sleeve white shirts, which I wear 3–4 times per week, had started to become a little stretched around the neck area. One of the educators first welcomed me warmly, listened carefully to my concern, and then introduced me to David, who helped me right away. David was extremely professional, positive, kind, and energetic throughout the entire interaction. What stood out to me most was how personal and genuine he was. He asked how my weekend was going, kept a smile on his face, and made me feel truly welcomed as a customer. The experience honestly made me feel like I belonged at lululemon, and that level of customer service is rare to find today. All of the educators at this location are always friendly and supportive, but David especially made this visit memorable for me. His attitude, professionalism, and kindness truly reflect what great customer service should be. I absolutely love lululemon products for their comfort, quality, and style. In my opinion, lululemon is one of the best athletic apparel brands out there. Thank you again to David and the Cherry Creek team for such a positive experience.
