I brought it into the store for repair, and their customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. Instead of just repairing it, they ended up sending me a brand new replacement chain. While I was disappointed with the original issue, I really appreciated how professionally and quickly they handled everything. Great customer service and they definitely stood behind their product.

My mother and sister have bought DY for years and I started buying my wife DY jewelry as well. I’ve always loved the jewelry, but the bracelet I bought for my wife as a Valentine’s Day gift has broken two times now and each time David Yurman has charged us hundreds of dollars to have it fixed. I was considering buying an expensive men’s watch for myself from DY, but considering they will not stand behind their products and fix failed clasps without charging their loyal customers, I will no longer be purchasing any David Yurman jewelry that has a clasp or anything else that could break, where I’d have to keep paying for it. My wife refers to her bracelet as the gift that keeps taking.
