  This is truly the way to shop! I'm not a big clothes shopper. When I order online it doesn't fit correctly. When I go to a store it's crowded and pushy or worse and there's nobody to help you. My experience at Bonobos was the complete opposite and incredibly pleasant! Great personal service from Kyra, not pushy, incredibly efficient and just really nailed the hospitality aspect. I will be returning to buy more from this location in that it was actually a really enjoyable experience!

  5 stars for Kyra Miller at Bonobos. She delivered exceptional service from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, warm, patient, and incredibly helpful as she guided me through putting together a new summer wardrobe. What stood out most was how attentive and thoughtful she was. She really listened, understood what I was going for, and helped me find pieces that fit well and looked great. Kyra made the experience feel personal, easy, and high quality. She represents the brand extremely well and is the kind of employee every company should want more of. Bonobos should absolutely recognize her for the value she creates for customers.
