  Came to the store to return some boots I bought online that did not fit. It took me like 45 minutes to find parking when I finally did I Google the directions and took me to the wrong store walked in here and all they can do is give you store credit. This really sucks especially since I’m walking around downtown on a place I don’t know with my two kids there should be a better way to take care of customers.

  Absolutely fantastic experience at the Ariat store at Larimer Square! They were incredibly busy with an unexpected influx of people shopping for the Garth Brooks concert, but you never would have known it from the attitude of the staff. Everyone on the floor handled the crowd with such grace and had the best demeanor—friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. They made sure everyone who needed assistance got it, even with the store packed. The selection is amazing. They have a huge variety of cowboy boots, and they can even steam and fit your boots in the store so you can walk out with them already softened and fitted to your feet. They also have an entire hat bar with a fantastic selection of hats they can custom fit, plus really cute men’s and women’s clothing. I had just come from another store where getting someone to help me with a pair of boots felt nearly impossible, (Rockmount) so the difference in service was remarkable. Despite being far busier, the Ariat staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Hands down the best place to shop for cowboy boots in Denver. Great selection, exceptional service, and a staff that clearly knows how to take care of its customers. I’ll absolutely be back. 👢⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  WOW...the Nile croc belt is AMAZING , its in storage so can't get any attention. But the selection & the friendly staff,especially the young lady who helped me.Ariate if you make python skin boots count me in. Goodbye Dan Post & Acme !

  While visiting Denver I wandered in to the Ariat store in Larimer Square - and was pleasantly surprised they have a hat bar! I was looking for a new hat for an anniversary party and Jaci helped me pick out the perfect hat! She shaped it and added a fun twist to make it a super unique! I was blown away by her talent and how helpful she was! Can’t recommend them enough!
