  I placed an order for Alo recovery shoes on Thursday evening and received them the following day. However, I was disappointed to find that only one shoe was delivered instead of a pair. I immediately contacted the company via text message, phone, and email, but I have yet to receive an update on my case. This situation is particularly disheartening as the shoes were intended as a Mother's Day gift. Additionally, the package, which originated from the store in Cherry Creek Mall, was not sealed and the presentation was subpar. I have not yet received a response from anyone regarding this issue.

  I was looking to buy some new clothes for a trip over the weekend and I was really glad I took a chance at this place. The price here was definitely worth it because of the service and quality of clothes they have. The clothes were comfortable and stylish for sure! Because the clothes felt high quality, I also bought something for my girlfriend too. It is definitely worth visiting

  I’ve been wearing Alo Yoga for over 15 years since living next to the Santa Monica promenade store… and the fit is just the best for me. The quality, comfort, and overall style are consistently on point. I especially love the Cherry Creek store location the selection is always great and the shopping experience is seamless. 5 stars all the way

  Love alo clothing but this in store experience is truly lacking. The employees stand at the cashwrap chatting with each other and never offer help. You have to wait for them to be done talking to ask for something. I have gotten my own fitting room the last few times I’ve been in while it has been a weekday afternoon , not crowded the employees are just in their own world. I even saw one of the male employees “where’s my hug at?” another female employee and I thought jeez they must not do any sexual harassment training here, this is an HR nightmare. Got the ick big time. Looked like she did too. No one wants to hug you bruh chill with it.
