- JLJD LookadooSep 24, 20261.0I had a very unfortunate experience today 9/24 at 3:30 in the afternoon when I was approaching the store eager to purchase a pair of new Ray-Ban Gen 3 Meta glasses and before I even got to the door I was met with a extremely dirty look from the worker. She angrily watched as I got to the door and greeted me with a horrible attitude. I was so taken aback that I turned right around and left. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this store.

- CHConnor HildebrandJul 15, 20265.0I had to exchange and return glasses like 4 times like an idiot. And James was so patient and kind with me. Truly one of the best in the industry and felt so well taken care of through this mess that I made. Thank you James well done. Thank you for being a kind person.
