  I’ve had some mixed experiences here in the past, but Debbie completely made up for them. She was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She answered my questions, helped me find items, and even checked on me in the fitting room to make sure the sizes worked. Even though this is an outlet store, she made the shopping experience feel personal and enjoyable. Thanks to Debbie’s exceptional customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I can't not give credit to Oleina (sp??) who works at this store and another person whose name I didn't catch who was working in the area of the fitting rooms this evening. These two employees were ON IT! - in constant communication with each other, extremely knowledgeable about promotions, etc., patient, doing *everything* they could to find the right size/fit for the customer. Hands down - AMAZING customer service! Kudos, folks! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  I had a very terrible experience at this Ralph Lauren store. When I attempted to make a purchase, I was told by the manager (her name is Summer) that the store would not sell to me anything based on my purchase history. At the time, I was only purchasing one girls’ jacket and one youth shirt. I rarely return items and have never been given any reason to believe there was an issue with my account or purchase history. Therefore, I was completely shocked and confused as to why I was treated this way. No specific explanation or policy was provided, and my questions were not answered in a clear or professional manner. As a customer, I understand that businesses may have internal policies. However, being refused service without a clear explanation was embarrassing and upsetting. I left feeling disrespected and confused. I hope Ralph Lauren will review how situations like this are handled and ensure customers are treated with professionalism and transparency. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store.

  Very disappointed with my experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren store. Logan refused to honor the advertised 25% off discount for the shorts I was purchasing and made the whole interaction frustrating and unprofessional. It honestly felt misleading and like he was trying to avoid applying the promotion for no reason. Customer service should be respectful and transparent, and this experience was the opposite. I won’t be returning after how poorly this situation was handled.

  A friendly warning to customers planning to shop here: this establishment doesn't simply sell clothes; they only sell to the people *they* choose to serve—and they are blatantly racist. If you are looking to buy clothing for your family, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. In their eyes, there is no distinction between adults and children, or men and women—only categories of clothing items. My family of eight was limited to just two T-shirts and two button-down shirts! I have truly never been left so speechless. I drove an hour just to be treated like this—and it’s not as if there aren't plenty of other places with better clothes than yours!
