  Terrible customer service. Everyone including manager is glued to there phone at the front. Blake is the only one helping people out

  Disappointed with the customer service. We walked in and three gentleman stared right at us, rolled their eyes and went back to talking (we were the only guests in the store at this time). Another family walked in a few minutes later and they at least greeted them. After about 10 minutes, it seemed the manager had walkied to them and they dispersed (assuming this due to the fact I observed a woman at the registers say something into her headset and they immediately moved). However, as we were leaving, one of the same gentleman just stared us at as we walked out. I’m a retail manager so I totally understand needing to “huddle” on the sales floor to discuss business; but, there is an appropriate way to still engage with guests. I’ve had a few not so great interactions at this location which is why I now feel it is necessary to post a review.

  I’ve had some mixed experiences here in the past, but Debbie completely made up for them. She was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She answered my questions, helped me find items, and even checked on me in the fitting room to make sure the sizes worked. Even though this is an outlet store, she made the shopping experience feel personal and enjoyable. Thanks to Debbie’s exceptional customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I can't not give credit to Oleina (sp??) who works at this store and another person whose name I didn't catch who was working in the area of the fitting rooms this evening. These two employees were ON IT! - in constant communication with each other, extremely knowledgeable about promotions, etc., patient, doing *everything* they could to find the right size/fit for the customer. Hands down - AMAZING customer service! Kudos, folks! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  I had a very terrible experience at this Ralph Lauren store. When I attempted to make a purchase, I was told by the manager (her name is Summer) that the store would not sell to me anything based on my purchase history. At the time, I was only purchasing one girls’ jacket and one youth shirt. I rarely return items and have never been given any reason to believe there was an issue with my account or purchase history. Therefore, I was completely shocked and confused as to why I was treated this way. No specific explanation or policy was provided, and my questions were not answered in a clear or professional manner. As a customer, I understand that businesses may have internal policies. However, being refused service without a clear explanation was embarrassing and upsetting. I left feeling disrespected and confused. I hope Ralph Lauren will review how situations like this are handled and ensure customers are treated with professionalism and transparency. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store.
