Don’t shop here I bought a pair of leggings that were marked everywhere. Size 6. I got home and they were size 8. I tried to return them for a smaller size and they made me pay for the new pair. The store is trash.

No exchange or return!! I just want to change to a size up of the top that I bought one day ago, but they won’t let me. This is pretty disappointing. I kept the receipt and tag for this purpose. The front desk girl was not willing to extend any help.

Very busy place. Lots of variety. The prices might seem high initially, but with the quality things last a long time.

Let's be honest lulu is pretty dang expensive, but the fact that this outlet exists and I can get some of their clothes at a discount?! I am about it. The store is very well stocked, clean, and organized. Even some of their best-selling items you can find here such as the define jacket and scuba hoodie. The lady who was working the dressing room area was very helpful. They still try to give you a more personalized experience and will write your name down on your changing room. The people working at checkout are pretty quick. There is usually no line or if there is it is only like a 30 second wait to checkout. Definitely have this store on your priority list to checkout while at the Castle Rock outlets.

Have called for two hours, no answer, no way to leave a voicemail.
