  I was told at the time of purchase that I could exchange for a different size, but when I returned, the manager who was rude said they no longer allow it and I was told to give it to someone since it doesn’t fit me. This wasn’t communicated upfront and feels misleading. Ridiculous.

  So frustrated with this store. Bought 4 shirts for my husband not sure if they were the right size as some items at Lululemon he wear a large and some he wears a medium. Bought them being told by the store employees I would be able to exchange for a different size if they did not fit him. Went to exchange them just now and they told me they no longer allow returns of any kind as of a week ago and that I’m stuck with these shirts in the wrong size that don’t fit him. The best they could do was offer me 25% off 3 items in their store so I could spend even more money there!!! NO! I can understand not accepting returns to give money back, but I will never understand not accepting a return for an exchange in size with unworn still tagged clothing.
