I'm an AE and Aerie fanatic, and recently started an intense mission to find an item that's no longer in stock online. I called this store multiple times today, asking for help locating and holding the items, and then again to check on price. Keidynce was an absolute angel to work with, and she went out of her way to help me. Any woman knows, finding the perfect clothing item paired with amazing customer care, can really make your day. Thank you so much, Keidynce! You rock!!!

Nice staff. Some good deals. Styles are not as cute as they were when they first opened.

Went in to find a gift for my wife and was confused from the start. The sales staff was extremely helpful on figuring out what she might want and what was in style. They were very knowledgeable when we had to figure out what size she was and gave me a gift receipt in case it didn’t work. Luckily she loved what I got her, definitely a great experience and my wife will be coming back!

went in a few minutes before closing (I work in retail and I totally get it) but let them know I worked a few stores down and just needed to grab some leggings as I was staying late and would be in and out in a minute and all I got was a “k well we are closing in 4 minutes” and had an attitude the whole 2 minutes I was there. I get being irritated, but I know that’s not policy. I felt super uncomfortable
