- RRRosa5 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars I would unfortunately I had a really bad experience at the store multiple multiple times and I just keep going back thinking it would get better but it just keeps getting worse. Starting with all the associates I have not seen or met one nice person in the store not to mention the manager or assistant manager whatever she is Jules??!! They told me I could not return an item after they specifically told me when I purchased the item that if it did not fit I can bring it back they told me the item had human hair on it I have no idea what that even means. Take the piece of human hair off and return the $55 shirt. This store is absolutely ridiculous! I ended up taking the shirt to Colorado Mills mall and they had no questions no problems return the shirt thank you Colorado Mills mall! The clothes are super cute super cheap but are also cheaply made but I will not shop there due to the way we customers get treated!
- RPRiley P.Aug 3, 20261.0was standing next to a girl, when the cashier asked if she needed any help in a sweet tone to her, and she denied needing assistance. as I look over and start to ask for help asking about a top, the cashier glares at me and TURNS AWAY. refusing to help me after you JUST asked the person next to me if they need help?? i’m sure this wasn’t her intentions, but the girl next to me was smaller than me, and I wear a large in their clothing (size 13). it felt discriminatory and i felt hurt :-( i get being a teenager and disliking your job, we are/were all teenagers. but to take it out on people you don’t deem worthy to shop there is so bitter and mean.
