  If I could give a 0 I would!!! Rude employees stood in line 2 hours 15 min to try on dresses there were it looked like 4 or 5 employees yet 1 checker so stood in that line another 45 min. Then drive 1 hour 30 min back home only to find they did not remove the security device!!! So if my grand daughter wants to wear the dress this weekend I have to make a 3 hour trip along with tolls. There is nobody we can contact except chatting on line so that takes time as well. What a waste. They offered a 20% off for future purchases but I won't need it because I will never shop there again!   Went homecoming dress for my daughter, what was supposed to be a fun outing was less then. After waiting at least a half hour in line to get into the store (which we had expected) and then waiting in line for another 15 minutes to try on the dresses, our turn arrived and the staff was extremely short, rude and unprofessional on so many levels. Aside from being rude to my youngest daughter for trying to help her sister zip up and figure out straps, then I had to argue my way into the dressing room to be able to help. While my oldest overhead the staff mocking me and talking bad. You would think with their "strict 15 minute rule" they would welcome the help to speed things up. Then one of them banged on the door very rudely that time was up. My daughter felt so stressed and couldn't fully try on the dresses she had selected. All I could keep thinking is if my daughter wouldn't have been crushed to walk out with out a dress I would have left. Do they not want to sell dresses? It was an awful experience. I will not be back.

  If I could, I would give it a zero. After waiting in line for a dressing room for 45 minutes, we got to the front of the line and were told we could only try on six items and could only be in the fitting room for 15 minutes. The time limit completely stressed out my daughter and I was wondering why they didn't tell us about the limit while we waited in line for 45 minutes. The girl working their was rude. 0 out of 5 stars

  The staff here are very rude and talk ugly about you right in front of you. They need to have a better system and have some more respect. Will never bring my child back here

  The Wait for fitting rooms is ridiculous! I Put items on hold was told would be held for 2 days, upon returning the next day was informed they did not hold my items they got put back and now are gone. Ladies were not helpful and had attitude. This place needs better management. Do better Windsor!
