  The prices are great and the weed is too. The online people at the window are always on point, quick and nice Kelly helped me today she killed same with Tamara good customer service would recommend.

  Usually a little busy but staff is always friendly and helpful! Quinn helped me out with explaining the loyalty points I hadn't realized I was accruing!

  First time in and I was quite impressed. Nice dank buds for a fair price. Lots of selection. The real reason I'm writing this review was the excellent service. First of all, the dispo was really busy but staff was friendly and welcoming anyway. During my brief wait, another customer had misplaced his id. The staff at the front was beyond patient and jumped into action to help him find it ( he had left it behind on his visit the day before.) My budtender was Sam, who was friendly knowledgeable and pretty much made my day. I had so many questions and, just like the guy in the waiting room, I was met with patience and willingness to help. I will definitely be back!

  Sandi was our budtender and she was a absolute pleasure to have we loved her energy and how sweet she as and how she recommended probably one of the best prerolls we’ve ever had <3

  DISPENSARY WORKERS ARE GREAT AND 5 STARS HOWEVER…. I’ve never had any problems with person that works here and have been going here for 3 years since I moved here and even drive an hour to continue to give my patronage to this place. However today a delivery driver dropping off packages for them flipped me off and began to get into with me in the parking lot. Unacceptable for anyone representing a business and unfortunately would look bad on magnolia whether it’s their employee or not. Completely unprofessional and he needs to be reprimanded or no longer delivering here before it’s escalates to a bigger issue or physical altercation from his actions as others may react differently. The made it right inside and apologized and gave me a discount so the dispensary is generally not at fault but this needs to get back to their vender a thousand percent as he his making both companies unfortunately look bad. Thank you the wonderful people inside.
