  Unfortunate shopping experience. At least 3 associates working and not interested in selling jeans. My daughter had on a pair of jeans from their store, asked one associate where we could find them because we wanted to buy more and she said “they are at the front of the store”. Asked a second associate where she purchased the jeans she was wearing because my daughter liked them (we didn’t see them in the store), she made zero effort to help us. We decided to buy one pair we found and the rest online. The sales associate aren’t willing to help find and pull jeans for people, why are we even bothering to come to the store? I fear this is the experience a lot of people are having and why so many people are opting to buy online. The Buckle has associates that really help people shop for jeans based on shape, size, etc. Just some feedback to hopefully help.

  I found what I needed, and the associate at checkout was friendly and helpful. However, my experience in the fitting room was less positive. The associate with the short curly hair seemed frustrated when I returned to try on additional items. Her demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant to continue shopping, as I felt like I was inconveniencing her by using the fitting room a second time. I wanted to continue trying on more clothing but ultimately chose not to because of the interaction.

  Very negative experience with the manager here named Taryn, she/he (couldn’t tell, but pretty sure he) was very disrespectful should not be placed in charge of anything especially not people. The other workers were extremely thoughtful and nice.

  Love American Eagle and this is the closest location for me. I get all my seasonal underwear here!
