    The Salon at this place is very unprofessional. Today I wanted to get my hair permed and it was a go and then it wasn’t. Get it together lady’s!!!! I was going to leave a healthy tip too.

    They closed the JCPENNEY in my town, drove to the one in Cheyenne. One of the few stores that have a petite section of clothing for us short people.

    Bought a lab Diamond tennis necklace on 12/27/25, opened the box and the necklace was broken. So, today 12/29 I came in to return it. Oh wow, the sales person in jewelry immediately told me they cannot take this back because it’s broken. When I bought it they crammed it in this tiny box and it probably got broken right then. I had to really make a case to get a refund. Don’t know this sales lady’s name , rude, nasty, unprofessional, one of these must be her name. Been a customer for years, goodbye JC Penney, just lost another customer, that explains why your store is always empty. Go and talk down to someone else, not to me again!!!!!
