  I’m a Lululmeon girl! I was so excited to stop in during our day trip to Breckenridge while visiting Vail. Unfortunately, despite even wearing their merchandise, I was followed throughout the entire store upon entering. I’m African-american and my husband is white. When we came in, no one greeted us and shortly after multiple people walked in after us and were greeted immediately. I was on the hunt for a black scuba because I didn’t think to bring a jacket and it was chilly and only one person said hello but didn’t ask if we needed help. I have never had this experience being a lifelong resident in Colorado but I can’t imagine there was any reason for this treatment other than my race. I decided it was time to leave when I noticed a worker was staring me down as I looked through a rack and when making eye contact she continued staring without smiling; I said hello and she continued to just watch me. I never write reviews but I felt this was necessary for my fellow black women looking to spend money. Take your business elsewhere.

  I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. One of the items I selected was missing a tag, so the cashier asked me to grab another one with a tag. However, he knowingly gave me a different size than the original item. I didn’t realize this at the time since the color was the same, and I only found out once I got back home from my vacation. This was very frustrating and careless.

  We are from out of town and they tried to refuse honoring their first responder discount to my trans brother in law, who is a firefighter. Tara was checking us out and said “those are girl clothes, you cannot redeem your discount if those aren’t for you.” They, my brother in law, then had to go out of their comfort zone to explain where they stand in this world. Which was extremely shocking for me. A first responder, is a first responder!!! Doesn’t matter their sexual orientation. The only reason I’m giving any stars was the sweet other coworkers who were comforting, helped us find clothing, and were so sweet to us.

  I was dragged into this store by my wife in order to correct an apparent wardrobe deficiency of which I had not previously been aware. And it wasn't bad! The staff was very helpful and friendly, all sizes were available for each style we considered. And it wasn't hard to find just the thing to satisfy both she and I. Win win. I'll walk in willingly next time.
