- NENene EMay 23, 20261.0I’m a Lululmeon girl! I was so excited to stop in during our day trip to Breckenridge while visiting Vail. Unfortunately, despite even wearing their merchandise, I was followed throughout the entire store upon entering. I’m African-american and my husband is white. When we came in, no one greeted us and shortly after multiple people walked in after us and were greeted immediately. I was on the hunt for a black scuba because I didn’t think to bring a jacket and it was chilly and only one person said hello but didn’t ask if we needed help. I have never had this experience being a lifelong resident in Colorado but I can’t imagine there was any reason for this treatment other than my race. I decided it was time to leave when I noticed a worker was staring me down as I looked through a rack and when making eye contact she continued staring without smiling; I said hello and she continued to just watch me. I never write reviews but I felt this was necessary for my fellow black women looking to spend money. Take your business elsewhere.

My most heartfelt thank you and kudos for your commitment to customer service and being an absolutely diamond in the industry for sales assistance and customer support. I decided to reward myself with a LULU outfit for recent weight loss and keeping up with 10k steps in CO while on vacation. My daughter shared the story with the sales woman as I was in the changing room. This was what I received upon check out. This blows away any competition for outstanding customer service. We made eye contact a few times and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I decided to leave and stayed out loud “I know you’re observing me and making me feel unwelcome”. She watched me after I left the store, from inside while, I was at the crosswalk. I’ve never had such a bad experience at lulu
