  Walters and Hogsett has amazing customer service. Peter showed me a few Rolex watches and was very helpful in explaining the wait times and availability of the pieces I was interested in. I recently received the first piece on my list and I’m very happy with my purchase! I would strongly recommend Walters and Hogsett for your Rolex, Cartier or jewelry needs in the front range.

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying watches at Walters & Hogsett in Boulder. Hillary is the most loveliest, down to earth, thoughtful sales associate I've ever come across. She really knows her stuff, and was super attentive and communicative. The stars had aligned and it just so happened that the two watches available that day were exactly what we were looking for. We'll be back for more and to grow our collection. Every single person in that store was super friendly, what a wonderful gem of a store to have in Boulder!!

  I visited April 2026 where Laura and Audrey helped to quickly assess my recent purchase of a pre-owned Rolex from a local brick and mortar jeweler here in NoCo. Although it wasn't purchased through Walters and Hogsett, they took the time to answer my questions. Also, they confirmed my assessment that the watch required service and then explained the differences between buying a Rolex Certified Pre-Owned (via ADs) and "pre-owned" (From non-ADs). I've since returned the timepiece to the original retailer and intend to return to Walters and Hogsett this month to make a proper purchase as they are a Rolex Authorized Dealer. Very thankful for the top tier team.
