  The worker with dark hair and librarian glasses is very rude and unprofessional. She wasted about an hour of my time because she told me my clothes weren’t ready yet and to browse for a couple minutes while they finished, but she was mistaken and didn’t get back to me for at least 30 minutes and it appeared she was going on her break. When I went to the front desk again they said my clothes had been ready for hours… 🙄 they bought maybe 2 things and didn’t take any of my lululemon and when i asked why the workers said they didn’t see it and if I “found it and gave it to them they would buy it” (they were neon colors and right on top, and i’m not going to do your job for you) I went to a different location and they bought almost everything and were much more professional and timely. Hopefully the new management is better and finds new workers who actually understand customer service :)

  Honestly, the staff were incredibly rude and lacked customer service skills. Instead of helping my friend who was selling at Plato’s for the first time, the employee stared blankly at her and used a very condescending tone whenever my friend asked any questions. In addition, the other staff were unhelpful and frankly seemed unhappy to be there.

  Shopping here means getting nasty side eyes from disheveled and hungover employees in tiny tube tops. Kind of a bummer if you’re a regular person just trying to buy a shirt.

  Found some great pieces on $1 sale day and the employees were super sweet and patient! However, during a rush, I witnessed the manager/supervisor yelling at employees and overall being super rude.
