  This is the quarter (7g) I got from the GREEN shelf (one of their higher shelves). I didn’t break anything down btw. Is this a joke? This is premium level product to your company? Shake??

  Told the staff I was in a rush because there was 4 girls standing around talking and I didn’t want to wait. Yes I lied, I was in no rush. But, somehow they weren’t that busy and that statement alone prompted me to get immediate help. Girl that checked me out was pissed, probably cause I was like “I guess” about the 1/2 ounce of GG because it was covered in little white hairs, like all your weed is. Came back in because I never wanted to come back, but I wanted to use my points first. Manager Alyssa (that wasn’t checking me out) says “I thought you were in a rush.” What is it you, girl? 😂 bit my tongue, got my $5 eighth and will no longer return so I no longer have to make the employees that work oh so hard suffer. There’s 2 other dispensaries on the same strip in that shopping mall that sell a lot better weed (I’ve bought it, not just angry talking), and now that I buy off orange/green as opposed as to buying cheaper ounces, it makes no sense to buy weed covered in nose/ or whatever little hairs on the body that they came from. Only cool employee is the white dude that wears a hat, he should be the manager. Always happy, always chill, always professional and prompt. Alyssa isn’t terrible but as a manager, why are you slick talking me so I turn up on you and you have to kick me out? (No I did not respond with animosity, I’m a grown man and I’m not going back and forth with a young lady or any woman for that matter) Please, just answer my questions, weigh the weed and send me on my way. ✌️

  I had a really disappointing experience at the Magnolia Rd location during a daytime visit. The budtender who helped me had long hair and appeared to be in some kind of supervisory or management role, but his attitude didn’t reflect that at all. He was impatient from the start, didn’t take the time to answer questions, and seemed more annoyed than interested in helping. When I tried to ask for recommendations, he shrugged and gave very minimal responses, which made the whole interaction feel rushed and uncomfortable. It came across like customer service just wasn’t a priority. I expect a certain level of professionalism and basic helpfulness, especially from someone who might be in a leadership position. Unfortunately, this visit fell well short of that.

  I had a really disappointing experience here and won’t be returning. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that basic procedures and industry guidelines were not being followed. Whether it was lack of proper verification, disorganization behind the counter, or inconsistent information from staff, nothing felt professional or trustworthy. On top of that, the customer service was genuinely awful. Staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and at times outright dismissive. Asking simple questions felt like an inconvenience to them, which is frustrating in a setting where customers rely on guidance and accuracy. What’s most concerning is the apparent lack of leadership. The general manager, Ryan, seems either unaware of these issues or unwilling to address them. Poor management is reflected in the overall experience, and it shows in both staff behavior and operational standards. There are plenty of dispensaries that take compliance and customer care seriously—this just isn’t one of them. I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere if you’re looking for professionalism, quality, and a better overall experience. Edit: It seems the business has been reaching out to reviewers to encourage updates that improve their ratings. For the sake of accuracy, I’m revisiting mine so it continues to reflect my actual experience.
