I'm a longtime Madewell customer and find this store to be consistently great. I personally appreciate that staff isn't pushy, but are super engaging when I need something or just want to chat!

Each time I have come here I walk in and the employees give me a look without saying anything.(Other reviewers seem to have had a similar experience) I understand if you don’t want to be overly friendly but a hello or welcome would be nice especially since customers are spending money at your store.
