  Absolutely great service from Jed. Very professional very patient and understanding. I ordered a screw for my glasses repair, about 5 weeks ago and I had not heard from anyone for the 5 weeks. I then show up to the place with a bit of irritability for having to wait so long. They also didn't have any thing in their system for me purchasing the screw 5 weeks ago, hence my frustration. None of this mattered to Jed, he didn't even ask to see my receipt. He totally believed me and went out of his way to find a screw however he had to to make his customer happy. I will come here again and I would suggest everyone do the same. Thanks Jed. Sorry for my attitude. 🫡

  Hello, first of I do want to say this is nothing against the employees themself or even the store in general but more against the company as a whole. A little less than a year ago I went in for a pair of ray bands transaction smoothly but the employee did convince me or push me towards protection plan. Good price only 20$ and if anything broke or needed to exchange for new pair would only have to pay a copay of 20-30$ I was completely aware of this and thought it was reasonable. Today I finally went it for a pair to replace my pair that had some wear and tear. Gentlemen found the pair and it was perfect, till I found out the same exact pair I purchased had gone from roughly 200$ to 250$. And I was expected to not only pay the difference for the same exact pair but now my copay was 50$. Basically a little over 100$. Now I knew of the copay but do not appreciate they were not transparent of the price being 50$ instead of the 20-30$ as stated when I purchased them. And then the price going up on the same exact pair should not be justified for me to cover the difference. This was never stated on original purchase and just seems sketchy or something they should tell you. I understand if I upgrade or wanted something different then to pay the difference but not for the same exact pair. And if this is always the case should be told to customer beforehand and during the initial purchase.

  Rude, unprofessional liars. Hard to believe it is part of the corporation and selling fashion products. One star rating is too much! Should be zero and employee in store should not even be consider to work in retail.

  Great customer service! The employee named Wendy was so awesome when she helped me pick out my pair of Gucci glasses. The store was clean and professional, I will definitely come back here again!
