I had a pair of shades i was having shipped to the store so i can pick them up in store; well when the ups driver arrived apparently the store was not open and the delivery was not completed. I had to pay extra money to reroute my package to a UPS store because I couldnt count on anyone being there to receive the package. I was also hoping to pick of a second pair of sunglasses while i was in the store but unfortunately ill probably have to take my business elsewhere. Avoid any sort of online transactions involving this location because you’ll probably have to jump through hoops to get your items. If you guys are having staffing issues, a little more transparency when responding to reviews is more than enough communication, rather than copy pasting a useless link. People understand stuff happens, but you gotta let people know.
