- TMTori MessmoreSep 22, 20261.0Was in about ten minutes ago. Waited in line for ten minutes behind someone checking out, Im on the phone with my long distance best friend but tell her Ill need to set it down when it’s my turn. Lady in front of me finishes and the girl checking people out looks right past me, inviting the person behind me up to check out. I made a very upset and confused face, she told me she’d “get to me in a minute”, and another employee came to check out to help me instead but that was disgustingly rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Even after the other employee stepped in, I never got an apology from anyone about the disrespect and no one even mentioned it, just looked confused. It looked and felt totally intentional, and everyone else also looked confused. Intentionally bypassing a customer that already waited for one that just walked up is insane. I can’t believe she treated me like that for absolutely no reason except a phone call maybe? EW! Awful customer service, should have gotten her name.
