They put together outfits I never would have considered on my own, and every visit after that made me genuinely excited to shop. I bragged about this location so much that I convinced a friend to come with me. We went in on Sunday, and honestly, I was shocked by the experience. One girl greeted us, and then that was it. There were three girls working, and not one of them offered any help after that. Even my husband was upset because he’s always been so impressed by the customer service here. I don’t usually leave reviews, but shopping makes me anxious, and this store had always made it enjoyable for me—until this visit. I really hope this was just a one-time issue because I truly love their clothes and have always appreciated the experience in the past.
