- MCMario CruzMay 27, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this store. I have been a loyal customer and member for years, and I’ve never been treated this badly before. My name is Mario Cruz, and all I did was ask for a different size. Instead of helping me, one of the girls working there immediately gave me an attitude and started saying she had worked there for 10 years, even though I never said anything disrespectful or offensive to her. After that, her coworker completely changed her attitude toward me as well, and I felt attacked instead of helped. Customers should be treated with respect, especially loyal ones who have supported the store for years. Please hire employees who know how to treat customers professionally instead of making them feel uncomfortable for asking a simple question.

Sara, Andrea, and Liz were super helpful pulling sizes, checking fits, and making sure everything looked right, and Andrea gave solid advice on what actually went best together, not just trying to sell me anything. No rush, no attitude, just real help and good energy. I walked out with everything I needed. That kind of service makes all the difference. Respect to the whole crew, y’all killed it.
