  I’m writing this review to highlight exceptional customer service shown by the staff at this location. Almost two Saturdays ago, I went to this store to pick up some items that I had called in to be placed on hold. Once I got there, the items weren’t located in the hold area. Since I’ve worked retail, I figured that possibly when I called to place the hold that the items could’ve been sold or possibly the inventory wasn’t reflecting correctly online. Andrew and another young lady searched high and low to try to locate the items that I had called about and after a thorough look over, they weren’t able to be found. Andrew continuously checked up on me and assisted me with other alternative items. While looking around each employee made sure I was being helped. Not often do you receive great customer service and because everyone was so kind and thoughtful I still made purchases although the items I intended to purchase weren’t available. Thank you to this staff. Your customer service isn’t overlooked and you are appreciated!

  Very disappointing experience at this store. I have been a loyal customer and member for years, and I’ve never been treated this badly before. My name is Mario Cruz, and all I did was ask for a different size. Instead of helping me, one of the girls working there immediately gave me an attitude and started saying she had worked there for 10 years, even though I never said anything disrespectful or offensive to her. After that, her coworker completely changed her attitude toward me as well, and I felt attacked instead of helped. Customers should be treated with respect, especially loyal ones who have supported the store for years. Please hire employees who know how to treat customers professionally instead of making them feel uncomfortable for asking a simple question.

  The store doesn’t seem to have any pants over a size 30 length. Further, when there’s a problem, this staff can’t help. Not sure why anyone would even bother coming to this location.

  Today, I went to the store and I encounter the worst customer service. I was in line waiting and the two associates didn’t even acknowledge me while they were working on an order, however, the Hispanic lady who was behind me was told “ we will be with you in a moment”. I felt some time a way because express is one of my favorite stores and to be treated that way makes me think that this store doesn’t treat there customers from different race or culture equally.

  Everything was pricey but whatever I was able to find a new outfit for my trip to Vegas.The cashier was very nice and smiling too.
