  If I had the option to rate zero, I would have. I ordered a medium sized arrangement and was charged too much but it was for a friend. When I received it, it was the smallest pathetic low rent arrangement. Do not order from this place unless you don't mind being ripped off. The fruit isn't even fresh. I am embarrassed to present this to my friend.

  Really disappointed with my order. I placed it three days in advance for a Triple Delight box (10 items, balloon, and a personalized note), but only 6 chocolate strawberries showed up and the note was poorly written. When I called, they blamed the delivery driver. They resent the food items but still forgot the balloon. I asked for a refund two weeks ago and never got a response. For how expensive this is, the service and quality were unacceptable.

  I completed an online order for arrangements to be delivered on February 12th. The day of delivery I'm being told certain fruit are not available and I expressed "Ok, that's fine, whatever fruit thats still available, is ok".... but then she says, "Also, because its for Valentines Day, you'll be billed an EXTRA $20 (minimum), because NOTHING in the store is the price you paid when completing the order (yesterday) " (on February 11th - ONE day ago) or to change the delivery date to Monday (the 16th) .... With the bills and shopping I've done these past few days, I didn't have the extra money they were trying to bill me for - and with the 12th being a special day for us, the 16th would've been way too late for that delivery.... Instead of being accommodated for the website not being updated in time, I was offered delivery on the 16th or to cancel my order ..... That will certainly be my last time ordering from there - that was ridiculous .

  Sent the wrong bouquet, ordered in a grill for a mans birthday and they sent in a yellow flower bucket. Would have been ok if they even apologized but Ashley on the phone kept explaining why it wasn't her problem and it just happens when they run out of stuff and then said they called to verify it was ok to send wrong one which they didn't. Called corporate and not much better response but to say it's store issue and sorry.
