  My son got a birthday present that didn’t work the way he’d hoped, so we went in to exchange it for something different. The store turned us away because the box lid was torn, but that tear and missing piece was gone from kids opening it. I understand return policies exist for a reason, but refusing an exchange over the outer box with a perfectly brand unused gift, seems pretty unreasonable.

  I went into the store on Thursday June 25, I purchased a kick ball Hacky sack. I was pleased with the product at first however one use in I noticed the beads were falling out, I then decided to go back to the store and talked to the associates. They then insisted that the product was “just like that” and refused to refund me my money. I wouldn’t go back that employee was rude and disrespectful!

  I came in Thursday with my kids and was really disappointed by the customer service. There were two employees working, yet neither acknowledged us when we walked in. Throughout our visit, they seemed far more interested with chatting amongst themselves, than the customers. The girl with glasses was especially rude during checkout — rolling her eyes, acting annoyed, and making the interaction feel very uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t feel like my kids and I are an inconvenience. A little professionalism and basic courtesy would go a long way.
