  From the moment we walked into Van Cleef & Arpels in Aspen, we knew this was going to be a special experience, but Lucie and Jadir made it truly unforgettable. My husband and I were both purchasing our very first Van Cleef pieces, and they made what could have been an intimidating luxury purchase feel warm, personal, and incredibly meaningful. They took the time to educate us about the Maison’s history, craftsmanship, and collections without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Their passion for the brand was evident, and it made us appreciate our pieces even more. Lucie and Jadir celebrated this milestone with us, making us feel like valued clients from the very beginning. Every detail, from their thoughtful recommendations to the beautiful presentation and genuine excitement they shared with us, created an experience we’ll remember for years to come.   I had an absolute pleasure working with Jadir at Van Cleef & Arpels. What truly stood out was not just the service, but the experience of understanding the brand’s rich history, culture, and philosophy through him. Jadir took the time to walk me through what makes the maison so special—its heritage, craftsmanship, and meaning behind each piece. It didn’t feel like a typical purchase; it felt like I was learning and connecting with the story behind the jewelry. His passion for the brand and genuine care for helping me find the right piece made all the difference. I could have made this purchase anywhere—Paris, Chicago, or any other boutique—but buying from Jadir at the Aspen location made it far more meaningful.
