I bought what is now my new favorite bag from their new collection. Nancy the Manager is lovely as is the other associate that was there. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

I have 3 Valentino items I need to fix. One is a pair of Rockstud ballerina flats which a stud is missing, also have a pair of Rockstud white sneakers and trying to find where can I buy new Valentino insoles and the last one, I own a Valentino crossbody flap metallic bag and the color is fading…. I called yesterday and someone was going to find out and promised to call me back and they didn’t. Of course, I called today again and a lady with an accent who answered the phone was so rude and condescending…I will give them 0 stars if 0 was an option. Worst experience ever. Very disappointing!
