When I didn’t hear back I called and they said they could not help. The store said I had to call a 800 number. When I called the 800 number they said they could not help either. DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THIS STORE AND HAVE THEM SHIP. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GLASSES OR A REFUND

I went in to pick up an order from Oakley sunglasses I had shipped here and was told that because I ordered it under my partners name, I wouldn’t be able to take it, even though I showed the credit card it was purchased with and my partners ID. While I was in there I asked the product name of some Oakley sunglasses and was given the totally incorrect name. Then I asked if they had replacement lenses for jawbreakers and in a truly nasty tone I was told “we don’t carry jawbreakers”. Instead of saying they didn’t carry them and would she like me to place an order for them. Just really bad overall experience here. Not recommend.
