  Horrible, hostile service. I asked the staff to see items in the color "Willow Leaf." Two employees flat out lied, claiming they didn’t have them or shipped the color out that morning. I checked the rack myself, found the color in multiple items, and called them out. Instead of apologizing, the staff became overtly hostile and openly gossiped about me while I waited for a manager. The manager apologized but did absolutely nothing to rectify the behavior or hold the lying staff accountable. Completely unacceptable for a premium brand. Avoid this store.

  Traveling, I’ve stopped in a few times, and each of those times the associates were friendly. And mostly helpful. “Mostly”: Fernanda’s attentiveness, and eagerness to offer assistance - with genuine enthusiasm - stood far and above. (On one of the visits a couple gals were a bit side-tracked in their conversation.) In addition to having what felt like Fernanda’s undivided help and attention, I enjoyed being in her friendly and contagious presence. Bonus: having a sales background, I appreciated her intuitive suggestions for other items that may appeal to me. I think. Perhaps I’d have spent less without? 🤔😋 I wish nothing but the best for this young lady! 💕 *Edit: Henry was also able to make my day when immediately able to affirm my lost glove was “on the counter” waiting for me! 😍
