  Did a short, weekender in Aspen in late April 2026. Had my choice of high-end apparel providers to shop -- and chose Alo. I did not wish to have a "Julia Roberts/Pretty Woman" moment while shopping and spending my hard-earned money, as I am not wealthy. I definitely chose the correct place for quality sportswear, daily fashionable outfits, and TOP-TIER customer service. Tawana, Allen, Devin, and Kat (store manager) were ALL so very kind, professional, welcoming -- just overall warm and helpful. A special "shout out" to Tawana and Allen (sp?), who dressed my son perfectly -- spending a combined two hours showing him/us all the options throughout the store to ensure our purchases were just what we wanted. We will absolutely return to Alo in Aspen to keep our wardrobes fresh, and for the warm and friendly atmosphere that the Alo team provides. Thank you again, Alo, for making our weekend trip that much more enjoyable. We will be back! -Michelle Chandler

  Disappointing experience overall. The staff were rude and unapproachable, with clear attitude and negative body language toward what appeared to be new employees. As a customer, it’s uncomfortable to witness and reflects poorly on the store. For a brand that positions itself as luxury and premium, the level of customer service did not meet expectations. I won’t be returning to this location and am looking forward to the Alo opening in Vail instead.

  Staff were frustrating to work with. Forgot to ring us up for something and then we called and asked them to put it on hold. Went the next day to purchase and they had sold it to someone else.
