  I never thought I would have to write this about Nordstrom since I spend thousands of dollars with them. I bought towels from Nordstrom’s brand, and the quality is horrible. They are already falling apart. I went to return them because of the poor quality, but they refused. I guess customer service is not their thing.

  Terrible experience! Was accosted by a security guard named Omar claiming that I had stolen a pair of shoes. I have a permanent disability due to a nerve injury resulting in foot drop. Naturally, I had to try on a few pairs of shoes to see if I could walk I then without tripping but with no luck. Once I existed the store is when the harassment begun for them to ultimately admit they were mistaken but not after embarrassing me thoroughly!!! When requesting to speak with the store manger, Omar advised that there was no manger on site, which I found to be an immediate lie. I spoke with the manager instantly, along with the store manager. Awful experience and would recommend Nordstrom treat the disabled with respect. You’ve lost a lifelong customer! Will never shop here again!!!

  I would like to highly compliment to employees. I was served by an assisted by Joshua sometime around 8 PM on Saturday. I had a very intricate issue going on with a credit and Joshua had Malcolm his supervisor to come over and this young man had a smile on their face the whole entire time I’ve never seen this and Customer Service I am 40 years plus experience in customer service so I think the two of them provided outstanding Service professionalism smiles. They did more than what was required. Malcolm finished up everything we called your customer service and these two men were just both so attentive and I appreciate it so please commemorate and thank them for excellent five star Service this evening. thank you Crystal Pourfarid This is Easter weekend 2026 ps. these two gentlemen were on the front end by the registers

  Walked into Nordstrom Rack just to “browse” and somehow left with a full new personality. Ashley!? Wow. Icon. Diva and absolute LEGEND!!! Retail superhero. She found my size faster than I can find my will to save money. She hyped me up so much I almost bought something just for the confidence boost alone. Like yes Ashley, I am the kind of person who can pull this off now. Thank you for believing in me. 10/10 experience. Came for discounts, stayed for Ashley’s main character energy.
