  I called the store to inquire the availability of the Nike Marina Flip Flop. The first call, the sales associate promptly hung up the phone before I could speak, I called right back and Sandra answered the phone. I asked whether they carried the shoe, and she said “I’ll place you on a brief hold while I look”.. I waited on hold for about 5 minutes and then drove to the store while still on hold for an additional 20 minutes. I arrive to the store, and there weren’t any long lines nor a large customer flow or anything of the sort. I walked to the sandal section and confirmed that they didn’t have anymore in my size, again all while still on hold just to time how long it would take and hung up once I left the store. Great customer service guys.

  Nothing there that interested me. I am not looking for cutesy shoes just comfortable, sensible shoes. There are not enough size 10.5 or 11s....

  Great store for the whole family. Wish they had one near San Luis Obispo.
