  My husband and I went into the Walnut Creek location for a center diamond upgrade. Reggie Johnson walked us through the steps with great care and kindness. He made the process and purchase so easy. We have been Shane Co. customers since 1990 and will keep returning because of excellent people like Reggie.

  I had an amazing experience at Shane Co. in Walnut Creek. Tiara, Pete, Zaira, and Rachel were all absolutely wonderful to work with. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience. They took the time to answer my questions, helped me feel comfortable throughout the process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It is rare to find a team that provides this level of personal attention and customer service. Tiara, Pete, Zaira, and Rachel truly represent Shane Co. extremely well. I really appreciate everything they did and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for jewelry or diamonds. Thank you again for the outstanding service.   We visited Shane Co. in Walnut Creek to purchase a special gift—a ring—and spent nearly three hours deciding which one to buy! Throughout the entire process, the two associates, Lindsey and Kent, who helped us were exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They answered all our questions, showed us various samples, and explained how different stones and metals differ in appearance and how they reflect light. We appreciated being able to take our time comparing the options without feeling rushed or pressured. Although it was a long and somewhat exhausting shopping experience, the excellent service made all the difference. We eventually found the ring we wanted and walked out like two happy campers!
