  I’ve been a customer of Shane Co. for nearly a decade, and this visit was another great experience. I came in because one of the backs on my stud earrings was coming loose, and Vinia and Brooklyn were both incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to assess the issue, worked to get it resolved, and arranged a warranty replacement for the stud backing. I really appreciated how easy they made the process. Great customer service, as always—thank you, Vinia and Brooklyn!

  Finding my wedding band was something I already knew would be special, but Luisa made the experience feel genuinely magical. She was so warm, patient, and thoughtful. What I’ll cherish just as much as the ring itself is how easily we connected. It honestly felt like a friend was helping me choose something for my wedding day rather than a salesperson. I walked away with my dream ring and a beautiful memory attached to it. I’m so grateful our paths crossed during such an important moment in my life.   I had such a wonderful experience working with Lindsey. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator throughout the entire process of finding my engagement ring upgrade. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision and absolutely loved my ring. I couldn’t be happier with my new ring or with the experience I had working with Lindsey!!

  Jessica F. and Evan P. were so sweet, attentive and thorough at the Walnut Creek location. I came in last week for a cleaning and a necklace repair, which went very smoothly despite it being a busy day in the store. As promised, my items were ready for pick up 8/14 and they were up to my standards. Evan assisted me with my pick up and was so personable during my time in the store today. Both Evan and Jessica remind me why I choose and prefer to do business at Shane Co.! They went above and beyond both times I visited the store and never left a question unanswered. Their work ethic is greatly appreciated.

  We have been shopping at ShaneCo for years. Each time I come in, I’m welcomed right away and greeted with a friendly associate. I recently worked with Evan on upgrading my stone in my engagement ring (quality & color were on the lower end) . I was curious about the higher quality Shane Classic that was about the same size of my previous stone but the brillance & clarity made the purchase worthwhile. I kept my original setting but someday I’ll probably upgrade that with him as well. I recommend visiting with Evan so he can answer all your questions and show you the differences in stones, the 4 C’s, and you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended and 5-Stars!
