I found the staff friendly, helpful and pleasant when shopping for an engagement ring and wedding band for myself and my husband. When I had more specific requests and details needed they passed me to a more knowledgeable gentleman. I requested a specific cut to be brought in from a different location/vendor so I scheduled a followup appointment. When the 2 diamonds were brought in I appreciated they did that, however the price on the diamonds increased by $300-$2000 which struck me as dishonest. This happened within a matter of days. I had taken pictures when I originally went to the store and they ultimately honored the original price but no one could explain the price increase on the diamonds and I found it off putting and deceitful. Clearly they knew I liked the diamonds and raised the price once they knew I was interested and requested they ship them to the store. Overall I don’t appreciate that as a business practice despite liking the staff and atmosphere.

First time buyer and looking for a wedding ring with some ideas in mind and they helped guide me through the process and made me feel more at ease about everything. There was only a normal sale of added pressure but I felt that was normal and they wanted me to feel more comfortable than anything. Thank you.
