    Sadly I would not even give it a star. I spent about $1000.00 at this store. If Cristina is the sales rep request someone else or walk out. She barely acknowledged me when I walked in. She had very little knowledge and no desire to answer any of my questions. I purchased said meta glasses anyway. When it had been six weeks and I had not heard back I called to inquire about my glasses. Lets hope they were busy because their phone manners were atrocious. They informed me that they had left me a voice message 3 weeks ago. You would think that they would have tried again after a week. When I walked in to pick my glasses up the two sales reps were talking to each other. They looked my way and gave me the impression I was not welcomed in the store. I quickly informed them i was here to pick up my meta glasses. One of the reps handed me the glasses and walked away. I asked her if they came with a case. She quickly handed me the case and again walked away. I followed and asked her two more questions but she was more concern with getting back to her initial conversation with her coworker. My family loves electronics and I'm always the first to get all these fun gadgets, I can guarantee you I will NOT send them to the store # 6996 at 1302 Broadway Plaza In Walnut Creek. I swear I was dealing with juveniles instead of professional adults. I hope these glasses work because I'd hate to get service there again.

    Had an incredible shopping experience with Dylan & Cici. Had some issues with prescription glasses I ordered at another ray ban location, Dylan was so helpful & explained everything in detail. Reordered with him, will continue to shop this location moving forward!! Best customer service ever, thank you to the Walnut Creek Ray Ban team!

    great retail location , good reps but BADLY broken customer care system: I’ve been trying to get my Ray‑Ban Meta Wayfarer Transition glasses repaired for four months, and the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve worked with multiple agents—Lillian, Hazel, Mary Janet, and others—and every time I’m asked to start over as if none of the history exists. These glasses were a legitimate Christmas gift purchased in a retail store in California. They are in flawless condition, worn only once or twice. I’m not a criminal, these aren’t black‑market glasses, and I’ve provided the serial number and all available proof. For three straight months, I tried submitting a service request online and repeatedly got the same “GENERIC ERROR.” I called Ray‑Ban. I emailed Ray‑Ban—THIRTEEN times now. I explained everything. On my last phone call, the rep even had me log in and share information so he could submit the claim for me, promised to email me the next steps, and then never followed up. Meanwhile, the system kept expiring or stalling my service requests the same day I submitted them. Now I’m being told the glasses are out of warranty—because the process has been so slow and broken that the warranty period ran out while I was waiting for help. At this point, I honestly feel like I would have had better service buying $10 sunglasses from Walmart. I just want these glasses repaired. That’s it. After four months of emails, calls, and errors, I’m exhausted and discouraged that a premium brand can’t resolve something this basic.

    The worst experience ever,i got a pair of Meta glasses,they don’t offers me the glasses protection and just for my lenses and now I asked them for my protection and they said I don’t have any protection and I explained to them they don’t offer me any protection,and they were very rude and like they are doing me a favor,go to other place not here
