  Trash service walked in yesterday 10/11/26 to get some sun glasses. I was the only one who walked in 3 employees were just behind the register texting and didn’t even great me. 5 minutes of browsing no one even asked if I needed help and I was still the only customer in the store. I found the shades I liked and it was out of stock. They tried to sell me the used worn scratched up display at full price. I walked out and went to Sunglass hut were they provided me with the experience and quality service. Ray ban Walnut Creek you need to reevaluate your employees. I will never shop there again.

  I want to separate two experiences here, because they were very different. Dylan was outstanding. When my boyfriend lost his Ray-Bans in Italy, I wanted to buy him a new pair for his Birthday. Dylan was kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and he worked hard to get me the exact pair I wanted. He's the reason I left the first visit feeling so excited, and he's exactly the kind of employee a store should be proud of. The exchange today was a different story. My lenses arrived scratched, and I did what corporate told me to do and brought them in. Instead of help, I got a run-around. I was told I'd be charged for something I'd been told was included, and no one would explain why. The initial damage from delivery was described as minor scratches which was bizarre since they were new and already had significant damage. The manager barely spoke to me directly, and everything was relayed through another employee. When my mom came in to help, she was told this was "all about $5." When we asked how to escalate, we were told there was no one above the store and were given no phone number. The manager kept telling me he was going to punish everyone who made errors which made me uncomfortable and feel terrible since I didn't understand how anyone had done anything wrong. It was never about the money. It was about being talked around instead of talked to. Dylan did nothing wrong, and I hope the store recognizes him for the service he gave me. The way the rest of today was handled is a failure of basic customer care. By the way Dylan would have made a 5 star review.

  The last time I was in the Walnut Creek store, I had a terrible experience as the entire staff was clustered in a corner, talking amongst themselves and having a good time while ignoring several customers. This time my experience with associate Justin was great. Justin was informed professional and helped me through the process to the point where I ordered three pair of prescription glasses when I only intended to choose one. My husband even picked out a pair of sunglasses. Great experience!

  We had an appointment to find out about Ray-Ban's Meta glasses and hit the jackpot to have Monét as our customer service person. She was clear, kind, knowledgeable, and I'm certain saved us hours of needing to research elsewhere/otherwise. Give this woman a raise!

  The selection of sunglasses is great as usual, but the customer service isn't really there. The girl who worked there was cool, but she went on break. She seemed like someone who would be helpful. The guy on the other hand, was as silent as the grave and did not acknowledge my existence the entire time. He wasn't very sociable or offered to help. No greeting at the entrance either. Just purely as silent as the grave. I got what I needed from the store, but hiring more social people would be a plus for those of us who value opinions before purchasing a product.
