When I went to ask for alterations no one was there and I had to go to a different department. After that we waited a whole hour to even speak to a tailor. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant lack of assistance during my visit. After walking the entire second floor, I found no staff available to help me, which was incredibly frustrating. This has been the worst Nordstrom experience I've ever had. I expected much better service from such a renowned brand.
