  This location has a much larger selection than the one in Stoneridge. Lots to choose from and friendly staff.

  Exceptional customer service is rare these days, but Shelby and Nicole at Lululemon completely exceeded every expectation. Shelby, the store manager, treated me with genuine respect from the moment I walked in. She made my returns process effortless and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing the team. Instead, she went above and beyond by personally introducing me to Nicole, knowing she would help me find exactly what I needed. Nicole was outstanding. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, patiently walked me through different options, and made sure I found the perfect fit. I never felt rushed—only valued as a customer. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable. This is what world-class customer service looks like. Shelby and Nicole represent everything a brand should strive for, and because of the way they treated me, they’ve earned a customer for life. Thank you both for making shopping such a great experience!

  My son accidentally purchased a pair of sweatpants in the wrong color, so we returned to the store to exchange them. From the moment we walked in, we received exceptional customer service. Scotty, the cashier, was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. He shared that he had moved to the area from Alabama about three months ago, yet he was already very knowledgeable and confident in his role. He was well-presented, attentive, and made the exchange process smooth and efficient. His outstanding customer service is the primary reason I am giving this store a five-star review. Denise also assisted my son in the fitting room. She was warm, friendly, and engaging. During our conversation, she mentioned that she has a 28-year-old son and commented that my son looked like he plays sports. Her kindness and personable approach made us feel valued as customers. Every employee we encountered was courteous, professional, and committed to providing an excellent shopping experience. Because of the exceptional service we received from Scotty, Denise, and the rest of the team, we will definitely choose to shop in person more often. Thank you for making our visit such a positive and memorable experience.
