  Adrian and Justin are so amazing and help out with a smile. Their manager should really recognize them because not a lot of workers are like that Thank you so much to both of them

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience in this lululemon. I walked in right when I got off work and didn't really "look the part" and I was treated with excellent customer service. I wish I got names of all the girls who helped me! When I got to the changing room one of the workers noticed I grabbed the wrong inseam for my height and grabbed me another pair of leggings for me. I was constantly checked up on and was given recommendations for the activities I was going to do in each outfit too. At checkout I was given wash instructions also for my new outfit. You have no idea how much this service meant for me- I recently was profiled at another store and I walked out of there in tears and no items that I wanted to purchase. I was EXTREMELY nervous walking into lululemon as a plus sized gal in my work t-shirt and jeans but none of that mattered here. I can't wait to go indoor rock climbing with my outfit!!!

  I do not recommend this location, and my overall experience with this brand has been very disappointing. I initially purchased a bag online because I preferred not to visit the store. Unfortunately, the bag arrived with the security tags still attached, which required me to make an in-person trip to the store to have them removed. Unfortunately, my experience in the store was equally disappointing. When I arrived, I was greeted by a crowd of workers, I received assistance removing the security tag and, eventually got in line to make a purchase. I was completely ignored by the same associate who had previously assisted me with removing the security tags. She was engaged in conversation with another cashier, and despite standing in line for approximately six minutes, neither acknowledged me or offered assistance. Thankfully, another associate who was not working the registers noticed what was happening and stepped in to make sure I was acknowledged. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. She demonstrated the level of customer service I would have expected from the beginning and deserves recognition for going out of her way to assist a customer. I hate that I didn’t get her name before leaving, but she was an African American lady with a short sleek hairstyle. While I understand that stores can be busy and employees may be juggling multiple responsibilities, being completely ignored while waiting in line was frustrating and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. Ultimately, I was so disappointed by the overall experience that I returned my purchase. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as small interactions like these have a significant impact on a customer’s perception of a brand.

  This location has a much larger selection than the one in Stoneridge. Lots to choose from and friendly staff.
