  Had a great experience at this store! Service was amazing. Mykayla was so so helpful, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out a bunch of different options, she was the best.

  I shop here often but had a problem with an internet order. Intimissimi does not have great customer phone service and internet chat was non- existent. . Linda was working at the store when I came in and helped me with my plight. She was extremely helpful and key to me getting a refund started. I had ordered several items online but when they were delivered, a baseball cap was inside the box!???? She got the ball rolling and a return label was sent to me the next day. Such a great employee who went above and beyond. Thank you again Linda for making things easier. 💞🙏
