  I would like to share my recent experience regarding an order I placed for a 60-minute delivery. I ordered yesterday evening and received a voicemail informing me that the store was closed. The gentleman who called was polite and explained the situation while taking responsibility for the misunderstanding regarding your operating hours. I appreciated his effort, especially since this order was intended as a birthday surprise. However, when I called back this morning to check on the status of my order, I encountered a different experience. The individual who answered the phone was quite abrupt and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome for merely inquiring about my order. I understand that it can be a busy time, but a little empathy and courtesy in customer service would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction. Despite my frustration, I chose to continue with the order due to its time sensitivity. However, I felt the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I hope you can take this feedback into account and work towards enhancing the level of customer service at your location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Well trying to send my sister an arrangement cause she was just out of the Hospital has not worked out. I attempted Sunday and paid extra for same day delivery and it was not delivered. The website said they got the order and that’s it. I called the next day and talked to Maria and she lied and said they tried Sunday and they could not deliver Monday but would try today. I said fine, today the website for the first time alerted me, saying oops, we missed you. I called and Maria again answered and this time she told me they tried Sunday, Monday, and Today. My sister and her hubby are home cause she just got out of the hospital. She is un progressional and should not be working there.

  Stopped by to pick up an arrangement for my aunt. The arrangement was great, the store clerk not so nice . She wasn't friendly at all, she walked out from the back , no smile , no hello, nothing. I just got a straight stare from her, I felt awkward immediately. I stated I had a pick up order, she looked it up, grabbed it and gave it to me. I said thank you, and she said nothing back. I walked away and she went straight into the back of the store Just a smile goes a long way !
