  I would like to share my recent experience regarding an order I placed for a 60-minute delivery. I ordered yesterday evening and received a voicemail informing me that the store was closed. The gentleman who called was polite and explained the situation while taking responsibility for the misunderstanding regarding your operating hours. I appreciated his effort, especially since this order was intended as a birthday surprise. However, when I called back this morning to check on the status of my order, I encountered a different experience. The individual who answered the phone was quite abrupt and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome for merely inquiring about my order. I understand that it can be a busy time, but a little empathy and courtesy in customer service would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction. Despite my frustration, I chose to continue with the order due to its time sensitivity. However, I felt the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I hope you can take this feedback into account and work towards enhancing the level of customer service at your location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! This place is a JOKE! Jan 18 I went to your store at Walnut Creek. I was inside for a waiting to be attended for a good 10 minutes trying to make sure that someone is coming out to attend to their customers . There was none! I keep calling, but no one came out. So what I did was, I tried to call their phone and I told the lady that I was inside their store waiting for someone to attend to me. Today was supposed to be a special day for a young girl. She was supposed to be surprised for her birthday and guess what..THEY SCREWED UP!

  Terrible place. Definitely lazy workers! Closed an hour early when I had an order to pick up. I went in at 6:05 and they are suppose to close at 7pm and it was already closed. I can see why this place has such low reviews.

  Regarding delivery service, worst customer service. Placed my order 2/3/24 for Super Bowl party delivery. Requested 11-2 delivery. Their policy states no guarantee as to delivery time I realize that, HOWEVER, the website states “available for 1 hour delivery”. So? Since I ordered on 2/3 I would expect to be reasonably accommodated. Called at 2 pm for delivery status and was told “no later than 4 pm”. My order was out for delivery. Game over, party over…. Finally delivered at 7! Everyone was leaving or gone. Emailed my refund request. Return message stated I would be called within 48 hours. No call. Crickets. I’m beyond upset as other reviews seem to confirm.

  These reviews should be part of the EA ordering site. How are so many people still having the same issue and this store still in business? Ordered for same day delivery, order status says “Out for Delivery” but the store has been closed for 2 hours and no delivery has occurred. Corporate should not let this store continue to conduct business.
