  I recently inherited my Godmother's diamond wedding rings after she passed away unexpectedly. I had taken the rings to another jeweler to get them appraised for insurance purposes, and that particular jeweler took a look and told me the center stone was not a genuine diamond. I was very surprised and wanted to take them somewhere else for a second opinion. D&L does not do appraisals for outside items, but I walked in and asked if they could take a quick look ... and they were amazing. I met with Alex Garcia - he couldn't have been more wonderful. He cleaned the rings, took an in depth look at them, and was able to confirm that they indeed were all real diamonds after all. He went so far above and beyond and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about diamonds (he even found the IGI number for me). These rings are probably the most sentimental things I own, and the kindness he showed me meant the world.

  I came to Davidson & Licht looking for a special gift for my wife for our 5th wedding anniversary, and Ruslana was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and helped me find what I believe will be the perfect gift for such a special occasion. I’m looking forward to seeing my wife’s reaction when she receives it on our anniversary. I truly appreciate Ruslana’s help and look forward to working with her and Davidson & Licht for all of our future jewelry purchases. Highly recommend!

  We’ve always had such a great experience at Davidson & Licht. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming—from the doorman to all of the associates and salespeople, including the people we know and those we’ve only met a few times. You always feel welcomed and taken care of when you walk through the door. We recently had the diamonds in my ring replaced, and they did such an amazing job. When I picked it up, it literally looked like a brand-new ring! We really appreciate everyone there and the personal attention they always give us. It’s one of those places that just feels special, and we’re always happy to come back.

  I had an outstanding experience with this watch store from start to finish. The staff ( Jake, August and Alex ) was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about luxury timepieces. They made the entire buying process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. I was especially excited to purchase a Rolex Submariner “Starbucks,” and it exceeded all my expectations. Took me a year of waiting for this Brand new piece but it’s worth the wait. Getting a call from Jake and delivering what he promised is really exciting. If you’re looking for a reputable store with exceptional customer service and a great selection of high-end watches, I highly recommend Davidson and Licht for your next next watch . I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases.

  It’s extremely difficult to find a Rolex dealer that actually cares. Rolex maintains a tight grip on the availability of their products. Access to their prized products is at an all time low. The majority of these establishments can be both intimidating and often times dismissive. They often want you to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars before offering you the precious timepieces that you desire. Enter Davidson & Licht. From the moment I entered the store, I was warmly greeted and immediately offered sweets and a beverage. I expressed my interest in seeing the newly released Datejust 41 with the ombré green dial. After I was told that they had one on display, I was encouraged to leisurely browse the Rolex boutique and a sales associated would attend to me momentarily. I slowly worked my way through the show room , taking my time to admire the various timepieces on display. I was not rushed. I was not pressured. I was not asked to register or encouraged to follow up with my home AD. I was allowed the opportunity to truly appreciate the craftsmanship and beauty of arguably the most recognizable brand in the industry. Enter, Ruslana. To call her knowledgeable would be insulting. She described features I was unfamiliar with and naturally exuded an exuberance for the brand that was only surpassed by her professionalism. She eagerly showed me every piece I was interested in, allowing me copious time to truly appreciate and experience the Rolex difference. No pressure. No sales tactics. Ultimately, the Datejust I walked in there for, was not available. Fortuitously, I was did see a stunning two tone, rose gold, Yacht-master which was much more impressive in person than on any website. Ruslana, seeing my excitement, offered me this particular watch. I immediately seized the opportunity and could not be any happier. Beyond my in-store experience, Ruslana has since contacted me to inform me that she is still diligently working to source my Datejust ombré. Simply put, Ruslana provides a superior Rolex purchase experience and I look forward to many more purchases from her at this wonderful establishment in the near future.
