  It was a wonderful experience visiting Davidson & Licht in Walnut Creek! Before my visit, I called twice to inquire about the availability of a particular Rolex model and to schedule an appointment with a sales representative. On both occasions, I spoke with Orlando. Although the models I was looking for were not available, Orlando made me feel very welcome and encouraged me to visit and tour their showroom. When my daughter and I arrived, we were warmly greeted and then introduced to Max, who showed us several of their available watches. Max was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. My daughter was so impressed with the experience that she happily purchased a Cartier watch from him. At the same time, I had the opportunity to speak with Nay in the Service Department. Nay’s knowledge and experience were immediately evident, and his professionalism gave me complete confidence in their service team. As a result, I decided to leave my Rolex Day-Date with them for servicing. Davidson & Licht is an outstanding authorized dealer (AD) that I would not hesitate to do business with again. Their welcoming atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and professional expertise made for a truly memorable experience.

  I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Tudor Black Bay Monochrome from Davidson & Licht today. From the moment I walked into the store until the time I left, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Orlando, who made the entire process enjoyable and memorable. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer my questions, discuss the watch in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. Orlando's hospitality and attention to detail made the occasion feel special. I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service and look forward to returning in the future.   Ruslana at Davidson & Licht is awesome! My wife and I have wanted a particular Rolex watch pair since we first saw them 30 years ago. At that time they were too pricey, but available. Now, 30 years later, we can afford to splurge on once in a lifetime watches, but they are now nearly impossible to come by. We were referred to Ruslana more than one year ago by a colleague that she had helped with a watch purchase. We told her what we wanted and that we understood there would be a wait and that they might never show up. She diligently kept an eye out and made it happen! After a year of keeping in touch, she sent us a text with a picture of the exact watch that had just showed up and we picked it up that same day. As always, we walked in, were welcomed by the very pleasant staff at D&L and sat down with Ruslana to try on the watch, sip some celebratory champagne, and have a great pick up experience. She has provided first rate service through out our search. We never felt pressured to purchase something we weren't interested in. At other Rolex dealers, we got the speech about how we should buy some other Rolex watch in order to be taken seriously and have a better chance of getting the watch we actually wanted. That's ridiculous, and we never heard that from Ruslana. She's a true professional and we can not recommend her highly enough. She's now diligently searching for the second of our his and hers watches and I have no doubt she will eventually succeed! Go see Ruslana and let her find you the piece of jewelry you have been looking for!

  I stopped by the beautiful brand new Davidson & Licht store in Walnut Creek this past Friday to check out an IWC Ingenieur, and I left as a very happy customer. Jake was an absolute standout. He is so personable and detail-oriented that we bonded right away, turning what could have been a quick purchase into a genuinely enjoyable and memorable experience. He kept things moving smoothly with zero downtime, really listened to what I was looking for, and even asked great questions about other pieces I'm interested in for the future. It felt like connecting with a friend who truly knows and loves watches, not just another sales interaction. The store itself is stunning. Each brand has its own dedicated space, which makes browsing the impressive selection so much more engaging. I found myself stopping to admire several watches throughout my visit. They even poured us champagne to celebrate the purchase, a classy and welcoming touch that perfectly fits their new location. I tried on the Ingenieur which is a a legendary Gerald Genta design and instantly fell in love right then and there. Everything came together perfectly thanks to Jake's excellent guidance. If you're in the market for a luxury watch or just want to experience a fantastic new store, I highly recommend Davidson & Licht in Walnut Creek. Jake and the team will take great care of you.   This is the second watch Ruslana has helped me purchase, and once again she provided an exceptional experience. I was very indecisive about which timepiece to choose, but Ruslana was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions, discuss different options, and help me find the watch that was right for me. On top of that, she was extremely hospitable and even gave us a tour of the newly renovated building, which was a wonderful touch and made the visit even more memorable. It was genuinely a pleasure getting to spend time with Ruslana again. Her professionalism, friendliness, and passion for what she does makes every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a great watch-buying experience.
