  I had been to this location multiple times before but I genuinely never received good customer service until yesterday. I met Jennifer V, she styled me in the fitting rooms and if it wasn't for her I would have gone my whole life without knowing how to act style this clothing brand and she gave me some amazing fashion tips! 10/10 Thank you jen✨

  my wife and i discovered Alo this past december when my sister in law bought my wife her first Alo set. my wife loved the material so much we wanted to check out their store. that’s when we BOTH fell in love with the quality of their material, their unique yet comfortable and classy style AND THEIR STAFF! saying they have amazing customer service doesn’t cover it! they are so cheerful, all smiles all the time, beyond helpful and truly listen to what you want. we have been to Alo probably 10 times since and we always go to the same Alo store because of their customer service! shout out to Tyler and P! our wonderful experience wouldn’t be the same without you guys! apologizes ahead of time to Tyler when my wife tries to poach P for her sales team!

  Very rude team at this location. Especially the shorter store manager, i mean just wow. No hello when you walk in and don’t even try to ask a question they won’t look your way. If you do not like your job, quit!

  I bought workout gloves here for the full price and when I wanted to exchange them a couple of days later, completely unworn with the packaging perfectly in place, they told me that they couldn’t exchange them because they were final sale but nobody told me that they were final sale when I bought them and they also weren’t on sale. I wanted the same item in a medium instead of a small, it would have been the easiest transaction anyplace else. I am very unhappy with the service and can’t recommend the brand.

  My African American son walked in the store to shop with his friends and the store manager Hailey told her employee to "watch them" my son notified me and I immediately called and asked her about this comment that of course she denied. What she didnt know was that my son was still in the store and watched her hang up the phone and laugh after disconnecting with me. Is this the type of store manager Alo wants representing them! A racist
