Car is not starting properly I got stranded twice today. And charged a $55 no show fee on Monday. I was there and rescheduled at location. Please waive the fee.
Aside to being stranded, the location services of both were good. Although today I arrived at my appointment and was told the installer was at another location today. So ended up driving 55 min after being told this.
Please send a video on how to use this device with key ignition. I’m super frustrated. With this part.

Zero stars should be an option. The standards set for your customer care are the lowest I have experienced and enough to drive one insane. The level of incompetence is tantamount to fraud. None of the 7 people I spoke with knew what they were doing, which of your sister companies they had attached my account to without my knowledge, or how to use the hold call function. I was placed on hold and told the person would be right back 5 times in one of my attempts to call in only to finally be left with a voicemail. They scheduled the wrong part and cost me 300 dollars that they assured me on the phone I would not have to pay. It also cost me 6.5 hours of my time. 3 of which listening to your maddening, fast pace, hectic jazz music; which I mean you want people to hate you at that point.
