- RLRex Lawrence6 days ago1.0Zero stars should be an option. The standards set for your customer care are the lowest I have experienced and enough to drive one insane. The level of incompetence is tantamount to fraud. None of the 7 people I spoke with knew what they were doing, which of your sister companies they had attached my account to without my knowledge, or how to use the hold call function. I was placed on hold and told the person would be right back 5 times in one of my attempts to call in only to finally be left with a voicemail. They scheduled the wrong part and cost me 300 dollars that they assured me on the phone I would not have to pay. It also cost me 6.5 hours of my time. 3 of which listening to your maddening, fast pace, hectic jazz music; which I mean you want people to hate you at that point.
