  I did an in store return and the guy told me I he can reorder my pants and have them shipped at my address for me so I agree. I give him my information (address, email, phone number) and I repeat this information more then once!!! He then says the order has been placed and gives me a receipt. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed he had put down 4319 instead of my address 4349!!! I immediately called customer service and gave them the right information then said they couldn’t do anything about this until my order has been shipped so I’d have to wait… so I waited it out and realized today that I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation email from them saying my item had been shipped so I went ahead and checked the app and it stated my pants had been delivered on Monday, it’s Thursday now, so again I call customer service and the lady on the other ends says she’d have to issue me a gift card and reorder the pants and get them shipped to the correct address she says she’ll send gift card to the email that the man had put down on my order so I check my email and no gift card had been sent the lady tells me to refresh and check my spam folder and still nothing… so I ask what email had been used and she says “luzi” @ icloud so I tell her mine is not LUZI ITS LUZY! so this man put down the wrong email address as well and the gift card was sent to that so now I have to wait for her another email with more information so hopefully issue me a refund or another gift card to place another order for these pants! This is taking a very long time and it’s a huge inconvenience all because this guy at the register doesn’t know how put information in correctly!!!

  I wished they had closed american eagle instead of aerie 🥲 The workers at this location need to take a course on customer service. Went in once to do some returns and later that night realized the worker hadn’t scanned one of the items so i lost out on that return. Then another time i was buying pants that were on sale online but my size was sold out online and they had it in store for $60 but online for $30. I asked for a price match and the guy told me they can’t do that. LITERALLY I FOUND OUT FROM AN AERIE WORKER THAT THEY DO DO PRICE MATCHA BUT EVERYONE IS TOO LAZY TO DO THEIR JOBS! I wouldn’t be surprised if this store is a low ranking store in california lol
