Everytime I go in here I have a good experience but today there was some disrespectful employees who need to learn manners I was in the store and heard that this older man wanted to see the price of something or it’s what it seemed when he went up to the counter I’m not sure if he knew English very well but that shouldn’t matter in the situation then the employee responded “ nah lil bro we don’t do that here” which wouldn’t be so bad if he was a younger person but it’s an older person who should be addressed with respect then when the man leaves he continues to say something in his little speaker to another male employee and they start laughing I’m not saying they shouldn’t be laughing or talking it’s just it wasn’t the appropriate time if it was about something else he made the man feel embarrassed and that’s not okay and respect and proper work etiquette needs to be revised to them. So horrible

I did an in store return and the guy told me I he can reorder my pants and have them shipped at my address for me so I agree. I give him my information (address, email, phone number) and I repeat this information more then once!!! He then says the order has been placed and gives me a receipt. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed he had put down 4319 instead of my address 4349!!! I immediately called customer service and gave them the right information then said they couldn’t do anything about this until my order has been shipped so I’d have to wait… so I waited it out and realized today that I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation email from them saying my item had been shipped so I went ahead and checked the app and it stated my pants had been delivered on Monday, it’s Thursday now, so again I call customer service and the lady on the other ends says she’d have to issue me a gift card and reorder the pants and get them shipped to the correct address she says she’ll send gift card to the email that the man had put down on my order so I check my email and no gift card had been sent the lady tells me to refresh and check my spam folder and still nothing… so I ask what email had been used and she says “luzi” @ icloud so I tell her mine is not LUZI ITS LUZY! so this man put down the wrong email address as well and the gift card was sent to that so now I have to wait for her another email with more information so hopefully issue me a refund or another gift card to place another order for these pants! This is taking a very long time and it’s a huge inconvenience all because this guy at the register doesn’t know how put information in correctly!!!
