- TMTee MaxJun 23, 20261.0Made an order in the morning around 9am not processed called about 12pm not processed. Employee said they didn't have anyone to process orders. Came in at 2 no one was in the store but yet 4 employees were in the store but yet they didn't have anyone to process orders🙄

- NPNicholas PMar 28, 20261.0So just to get straight to the point , The manager made my brother feel super awkward.... She was telling him to put his shoes back on because "he's smelling up the store". Apparently i didnt hear this because she was whispering it with a male assistant manager or worker, while i was at the spencers across from this vans store, But my brother was right there when she said it he heard everything. When he asked her for help finding a specific size she just ignored him and walked into the back room and didnt come back out. Me and my Brother put the shoes back on the shelf and left the store in disbelief. Her and the assistant manager were both on their phones the whole time, only 1 worker was helping customers and there was over 5 customers in the store. This was a big let down because we were shopping on my brother's birthday. I would highly appreciate if the owner od this business could please talk to your manager and assistant manager. Super unprofessional!!
